[FIXED] Bonsai Bush to Bonsai Tree - Perfect isn't good enough?

The option to convert my Perfect Bonsai Bush into a decorative Bonsai Tree is greyed out saying that it requires excellent or better quality.... but the plant is perfect quality. 1. Are you using...

    • Excellent quality and above Bonsai Shrubs can now be converted to decorative items.

    This has finally been addressed in patch 1.24.102

I have this same problem. I planted perfect bonsai buds from a previous harvest, and when they grew to a shrub I got the message that I couldn't convert to trees unless they were Excellent quality.

I've never used any mods or custom content whatsoever.

I'm on Mac OS 10.10.2 (Yosemite).

I'm using the download version.
