[FIXED] Bonsai Bush to Bonsai Tree - Perfect isn't good enough?

The option to convert my Perfect Bonsai Bush into a decorative Bonsai Tree is greyed out saying that it requires excellent or better quality.... but the plant is perfect quality. 1. Are you using...

    • Excellent quality and above Bonsai Shrubs can now be converted to decorative items.

    This has finally been addressed in patch 1.24.102

Ugh.  This is STILL a problem?  I stopped gardening for ages because I was frustrated with the inability to bonsai it up, but figured that surely this must have been fixed by now.  Not so much?

Other than raising up an inferior plant, is there any work around?  And as for the better than excellent seeds, is there anything worthwhile to do with them besides sell them?
