[FIXED] Bonsai Bush to Bonsai Tree - Perfect isn't good enough?

The option to convert my Perfect Bonsai Bush into a decorative Bonsai Tree is greyed out saying that it requires excellent or better quality.... but the plant is perfect quality. 1. Are you using...

    • Excellent quality and above Bonsai Shrubs can now be converted to decorative items.

    This has finally been addressed in patch 1.24.102

I created a small mod that fixes the issue, it's shared at http://modthesims.info/download.php?t=561639 ; the fix is commented (search for DWFix inside the extracted tuning).

Basically, in the test_globals part of the tuning, the game is checking against the 15217 state (GardeningQuality_06_Sturdy, the Excellent quality state) with the default "EQUAL" operator; it needs to either check for any of the quality states Excellent or above, or else use the operator "GREATER_OR_EQUAL" in the test.

Edit: the tuning that needs changing is for the Gardening_Plant_ConvertBonsai interaction, ID 0x1235e (or 74590 in decimal)
