[FIXED] Bonsai Bush to Bonsai Tree - Perfect isn't good enough?

The option to convert my Perfect Bonsai Bush into a decorative Bonsai Tree is greyed out saying that it requires excellent or better quality.... but the plant is perfect quality. 1. Are you using...

    • Excellent quality and above Bonsai Shrubs can now be converted to decorative items.

    This has finally been addressed in patch 1.24.102

EA  needs to please make less new game content and fix the existing game content ... Love the ol' capital mantra thingy happening but we gotta get taken care of too... bugs and issues that go on for years is pretty lame and there is really no excuse for it
