[FIXED] Bonsai Bush to Bonsai Tree - Perfect isn't good enough?

The option to convert my Perfect Bonsai Bush into a decorative Bonsai Tree is greyed out saying that it requires excellent or better quality.... but the plant is perfect quality. 1. Are you using...

    • Excellent quality and above Bonsai Shrubs can now be converted to decorative items.

    This has finally been addressed in patch 1.24.102

1. Are you using mods (Please answer with: Yes, Never, Removed) --> Never.

2. Are you using custom content (as in clothing and objects) ? No.

3.What is your Operating System (XP, Vista, Win 7, Win 8, Win 8.1) ? Win 7

4.Do you have the download or DVD Version of the game ? Download.
