One of my sims' phones is totally default. Default background color and phone case. When she loads into the lot, I still see the "change phone color" action and the camera still snaps to her. It definitely seems like a problem with the sims setting their phone colors every time they enter a lot. I think I had previously set it to a different color before setting it back to default, so maybe that has something to do with it? (I play on Xbox.)
As a side note, I'd really prefer the camera stop snapping to things altogether, unless someone is dropping dead, or a vampire is breaking in. Having it snap for so many things just lessens the impact (or gives me a heart attack every time someone completes a New Years Resolution).
