[FIXED] Can't Add Body Scars Without cas.fulleditmode (W + BG Surgical Scar)

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? Svenska
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.89.214.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except My First Pet Stuff and kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into CAS on an already existing sim. Try to add face scars and body scars.
What happens when the bug occurs? Face scars can be added, but body scars can't be added.
What do you expect to see? Possibility to add body scars without having to go into cas.fulleditmode.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system?

I think face scars and body scars should work the same way, and scars are something you would acquire over time, so it would make sense to be able to add them later.

Edit By Crinrict: Filled out form by answers given, added tag.

ËDIT by crinrict: Adjusted title to reflect addition of surgical scar

  • Hey All, This is fixed in patch 1.96, Could it be marked as fixed, clicking on a dresser and plan outfits lets you edit scars form both werewolves and the basegame (surgery scars)

I really hope it will get fix soon. We have new upper body scars from latest update and I have a sim that I played for a very long time and I would like to give them these scars. It’s only possible to add scars with cheat or when adding sim from library, but I refuse to replace them with “new” version as they lead pretty long life already, lol. I’m also not rushing to use cheats. I’m playing on PS5 with the latest updates.

Top Surgery Scars are available when you re-enter CAS and not just when you create a new Sim.

    Officially fixed in Patch 1.97.42/1.73
