Then maybe I missed something. Can you rewrite how to fix the problem.
So I worked a way around the glitch but not entirely. If you go to Manage Worlds Mode you can click on a lot and build on there the Change Lot Feature is available. But... and there is always a but.. when you are finish building the lot turns into a community lot and you cant buy it. The only other theory I came up with and it just came to me is to change the lot type save the lot and return to the world with an incomplete lot. The game should recognize it as a lot and not a venue. If its complete it is its recognized as a community lot and cant be bought. that is the only theory I have come up with and it is yet to be tested.
