[FIXED] Can't control Sim in public lot - AFTER career update

I wonder if someone else have this same problem. After career update i can't control my sim which back to home from work/school when i play another sim in public lot. I can't switch control at him ...

Sorry if my description of the situation was't clear but my English is't the best (how see)

Edit:

I've reinstalled game again, I've played in fresh game -  still not working. 

I think is something with update files. 

critics,  do you have the same problem?
