[FIXED] Can't cycle swatches correctly (numpad)

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.58.69.1010
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except: First Pet, Toddler, Fitness, Kids Room, Spooky, and Luxury Party
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Enter BB mode on any lot, scroll through swatches on any item using numpad +/-.
What happens when the bug occurs? Numpad minus no longer cycles backward through swatches, both continue forward.
What do you expect to see? Numpad plus cycles forward through swatches, numpad minus cycles backward.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

This seems to be a recent issue, this had been working before but stopped working correctly within the last few months. Unsure if this is from adding new packs or from game updates/patches. Tested with and without mods, no effect.
