[FIXED] Can't make friends

I have this  problem where the relationship bar is full but i'm still acquaintance with the sims !! help please !

    You need to cheat down the relationship to the and then let it decay so they don't know each other anymore, then you can start making friends with the Sim again.

    Still a bit unclear what steps are necessary but check the thread I linked on Page 1
