[FIXED] Can't make friends

I have this  problem where the relationship bar is full but i'm still acquaintance with the sims !! help please !

 Hi! I am having an issue with my sims (all of them) not being able to become friends with other sims. The friendship bar goes full but it still shows impartial under the relationships menu, they do not recognize even their relatives. That began with the last update, I do not know what to do... I do not have any mods installed.

Anyway to fix this?
