[FIXED] Can't make friends
I have this problem where the relationship bar is full but i'm still acquaintance with the sims !! help please !

Hi!! I'm Galaxy Simmer (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC_kKEYZqzZ3tQNjCv_C-cEg?&ab_channel=GalaxySimmer) Recently, every time my sim tries to make friends, the relationship bar increases. But, unfortunately the status is still "Impartial" or "Acquaintances"! Help!!!!!!!!!!!

Since new update i have a big problem with my sims. They cannot maike a relationship. althourgh bar friendship is a +70%, even 100% they are still neutral. Thats impact aspiration friend of all.
I was tried
- repaired by origin
- Reboot game / computer
- creation new save / new family
- reinstalation game
I hawe the same probleme on my second computer.
And.. i dont use any CC or mods
Help me please
