[FIXED] Can't Rotate 45 Degrees or Use Free Rotation on Columns

    Columns now can rotate 45 degrees and in Free Rotation. Spin them right round, Simmers, right round.

    Fixed in Patch 1.68.154/ 1.33

Can't select columns after they are placed, either. Must use the sledgehammer tool to delete.
