- The Crystal Tree will not become invisible or transparent and the crystals will be collectable.

My game has no mods or CC but I did download Crystal Trees from the gallery to save time and I found the couple of times I got my builder sim to harvest the tree disappeared and the crystals were there in mid air but could not touch them, but I could lift the invisible tree and put it in the house inventory so the tree was there and the crystals.
This is happening for me too on Xbox Series X but I'm sure it's just the same issue I get with plants occasionally reverting to dirt piles and then growing back again. The tree will grow back eventually but as the crystal trees grow slowly it will take a while. If the tree is harvested before 7am it will stop the floating crystals problem. But if the crystals do float, as has already been mentioned you can temporarily place the tree in the Household Inventory and the crystals will be in there.
It started happening for me just after the trees reached Magnificent quality.
