- The Crystal Tree will not become invisible or transparent and the crystals will be collectable.

What is your current game version number? My game has all the updates.
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything except three kits.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure, play the game?
What happens when the bug occurs? First the crystal trees in my game--two of them, reverted to the sprout state from full-grown and stopped producing crystals. Now, the trees are invisible--all nine of them, and the crystals are suspended in mid-air. I can do all of the interactions on them, except put them in my sim's inventory. I can't move them by going to build/buy mode, either.
What do you expect to see? The crystal trees....
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
