What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All Expansion Packs, Most of the Stuff Packs, a few of the Kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have Seasons and the Crystal Creations Stuff Pack, Plant a Crystal Tree, Let the Tree go into season, let the tree go out of season.
What happens when the bug occurs? The Harvestable Crystals on the tree do not disappear when the tree goes out of season, the crystals remain hanging in the air. You can claim SOME, you can send SOME to Geo Counsel through the phone, but the rest that are too high or directly above a planter you have to "Debug Destroy" to get them to disappear.
What do you expect to see? That the Harvestable will disappear with the trees or will be moved to household inventory when the tree goes out of season, and doesn't hang in the air.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
I keep having this issue where the trees will go out of season and the crystal harvestable will remain in the air. The only ways to fully get rid of them is to do the Shift command and click "Debug Destroy".
