    • For players with The Sims 4 Get to Work, crafted jewelry can now be sold at Retail businesses without being returned to the business owner Sims’ inventory when traveling away from the Retail lot.

    Fixed in Patch 1.105.345/1.89

I'm not sure if this is a solution or a workaround. But the jewellery that I transferred to my retail store via my household inventory or made in the store stayed in the store when I left the lot. The items that I had placed from my sim's personal inventory went back into their inventory when I left the lot. I wonder if it is something to do with the personal inventory?
