@LyssaKi the file didn't attach. You need to create a rar file and upload that.

I have been having the same issue I am attaching (hopufully) my last Exception error as well. Please let me know if my save game file would help I can provide that as well.

The jewelry_tracker is wonky. It goes bananas if you put a sim wearing jewelry into your personal gallery and then download them back into the game. The jewelry is no longer in the sim's inventory, but it is recognized as being worn, so the tracker is confused and glitches something fierce.
It cannot be fixed, either. I tried removing the existing jewelry in CAS and putting the sim back into the game without any jewelry. Then I had the sim create new jewelry of the same type, and put it on. The tracker still goes nuts.
I have concluded it is NOT SAFE to put a sim in the gallery wearing any created jewelry, at least the way the current tracker works.
The reason I am mentioning this here is because the same thing is happening if the tracker loses contact with the jewelry that still looks like it is in the inventory. Once the connection is broken, the tracker goes crazy and, in my experience, cannot be fixed. The connection seems to be impossible to re-establish once broken, for any reason.
This is a real problem, because ANY sim put into the gallery wearing created jewelry is going to be unplayable if introduced back into the game, in terms of LEs. And if this is not caught without a mod, then games can be corrupted.

Okay, let me break this down for whatever batch of interns is taking eight months to fix this issue:
1) Sims are re-created from their save data every time the game loads them into a lot, including when you come back from CAS.
2) Wearing jewelry from inventory sets a flag to render it on the sim as a temporary CAS item.
3) Removing the jewelry so it can be removed from inventory should be clearing whatever flag gets set in step 2, but clearly isn't.
4) When being recreated, the game checks to see if this flagged item is still in inventory, fails to find it, searches to see if it's shelved, and obviously can't because the "shelf" isn't part of a sim's inventory.
This is a harmless LE, because the game doesn't render the jewelry the sim doesn't have, it just gets confused because the sim's attached shelf is a none-type. That error check should be removed, and the interaction to remove the jewelry should methodically un-set all the flags that get set when the jewelry is put on.
Yes, it's that simple.
Eight months.
It's not like people are paying for a working product or anything, though. So take your time.
