     Fixed situations where Sims were unable to adopt cats or dogs.

    Done know if it applies to this or not.

    Testers welcome. Changing to needs input

I've not had any issue with adopting pets recently, the agent and carrier left immediately after adoption. However the carriers were always placed inside my sim's houses, if that makes a difference.

    I've had this carrier issue mostly in apartments but none of the other issues .
