The Return from Daycare notification will now only appear once.

While on holiday, i kept getting a notification to say my toddlers have returned from daycare. This would pop up every few mins. But they never were at daycare. Alway someone to look after them

Yes i do use mods in the process of going through them to see if its that has been causing the problem
Good idea, my Simsonic Weebly Mod Tracker has a lot of up-to-date info on updates & which ones are broken or now updated 👍
Especially check any 'child or daycare type mods' eg: the Education Bundle by Kawaii Stacie has an update.
More tips here on updating:
After every patch or game update, this is a necessary process, to add your mods back to your game, folder by folder and starting it each time to test to see if it's ok to play. (nb: you should keep them separated for ease of checking, btw)

In a previous game session I took my adult sims on a week long vacation in the new Snow Escape world. I cut the vacation short and returned home. My kids were showing as "at daycare" even though they were appearing and clickable in the house. I traveled to different lots and even moved them in and out of the household (including moving my main sim out and adding the rest of the family back in). The only thing that happened was I got a "send to daycare" option instead. Otherwise, they remained in daycare. The only thing I could think of was to return to the vacation lot. When I did, there was an option to bring the kids on vacation with me. I clicked that option and thought everything was fine until I started getting constant "Aiden and Alexis have returned from daycare" notifications. It won't stop!
I have no mods in my game.
