How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cats & Dogs, Parenthood, vintage accessories, and the free stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? adopt a kitten from the cellphone, let the kitten go to a cat tree.
What happens when the bug occurs? The kitten cannot go off the tree, my sims can still interact with him, like talking, but cannot pick it up.
What do you expect to see? the kitten getting off the tree when he want to go elsewhere, my sims being able to pick it up from the cat-tree.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

I tried the reset sims command on the cat, the cats reset but is still on the tree and unable to go off it.
tried to pick the tree up and sell it, so the cat wouldn't be able to be on it : the cat is teleported to the nearest object where he can be on aka : the table, still unable to go off it, still unable to pick it up.
I play with testingcheats on all the time, and use it on the mailbox sometimes or sims to give them a boost in their mood.
I want to add : so I put the kitten to the adoption because I didn't wanted to deal with it, now one of my Sims get stuck in the same way on beds.
