- We addressed an issue that could cause an Error Code 131 result upon loading a home where a pet had run away. You should no longer see Error Code 131.

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cats and Dogs, City Living, Get Together, Get to work, Vampires, Outdoor Retreat, Cool Kitchen
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Bug appeared after dog ran away and then returned.
What happens when the bug occurs? The dog in my household ran away, she returned without a notification and her thumbnail in the picture at the bottom of the screen is grey, as if she is off lot. I have restarted my game multiple times and it is the same. This problem keeps me from calling her to eat which is keeping me from playing the game as I don't want her taken away.
What do you expect to see? A normal thumbnail for the dog
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Unfortunately this bug still isn't quite fixed..
In both cases where I left the household before the pet returned the pet was back but greyed out when I played another household in between.
The pet however run away again on the next day in both cases and when it returned everything was back to normal
