When putting your cuddly friends up for adoption you will no longer be faced with inaccessible UI.

You can try resetting the animal that's supposed to be adopted with resetsim firstname lastname.
hey, i have tried reseting the sims. and exited, and different dogs and cats. it does not work. my sim is in an appartment. never tried on house lots. though my cousin has and it worked for him on a house lot. just not in appartments. a fix for this would be great. as resetting does nothing at all. i wanted to be a sphynx breeder and now i cant ☹️ my sim has to have a dumb real job.
I tried an adoption in an apartment, had no issues but it was one of the more spacious ones.
In which one are you living ?
Did you also reset the agent ?
i am in the art district in the penthouse. i did also reset the agent and cat and my sim... ive tried with and without cc/mods

I have the exact same issue. Sell Pet - Kittens and the game doesn't let me do anything because of the same error message listed I'm the comments above. I'm really upset, I even did the Ctrl,shift,C and type in " resetsim kittens name" enter...I even tried object debug sell pet....the list goes on nothing worked. Now its deleted all my remodeling I did to my house,doesn't have some of my added household members. And i made triplets "kittens" and now that's not save. Im kinda done playing this game cause that is just wrong. For the help in the game to change nothing and you still lose everything.
