Strays can now eat and use litter boxes without having to make the lot a Cat Hangout. You poor poor babies. You’re safe now.

Great. so it's just a issue on the website.
The lot traits don't show in the gallery but they show in the library. The traits are cat friendly, sims will bring their pet cats to the lot. Cat hangout, stray cats will visit this lot.
The lot is ready to test the stray cats not being able to eat from the filled pet dishes and not being able to use the litter boxes. Maxis programed the stray cats needing a litter box to go to the bathroom. Maxis programed the stray cats and stray dogs needing a filled pet dish to eat. The strays are starving and the stray cats are starving and can't go to the bathroom.

For me they all left when they got hungry. Also had one stray lick from a bowl of food someone left standing on the counter.
