    • Locked seed packets are unlocked in BB when using the gardening skill cheat “stats.set_skill_level Major_Gardening 10”. Gimme my seeds!

    Fixed in Patch 1.109.185/1.98
    Please create a new thread if you're still experiencing this issues

These seeds can also be purchased using the computer by clicking on purchase seeds.  All of the options are there and they all can be purchased.  This is an option if you don't like to use the planter boxes.

I've also found seasonal seed packets, as well as uncommon cannot be bought in build/buy. The only workaround was have another sim in the household gain gardening skill. I wonder if it only occurs if a pre-seasons patch save with gardening skill already.

    I had it happen when I cheated my Sim up.

      I believe I sent my save in to Icarus through PM; it appears in my oldest save where my already max lvl gardener can't purchase the seeds in Build mode.
