[FIXED] Child aged Sim is "romantic interest" of his Father and vice-versa

- I have NO MODS, save for a few purely decorative statues converted from sims 2.

-This is a fresh install as of this afternoon (is now 8:24pm)

-I have screen caps clearly illustrating the issue.

- I can provide save games both before and after the issue was noticed.

-I have not edited any sims with CAS.fulleditmode in this game, all family relationships are intact and as they should be.

This game was progressing normally. I followed the mother around on her morning digging and came back to find the father and child (newly aged to child, a little over 1 sim day in) chatting over breakfast and both showing they are romantically interested in each other.

I have searched and have found this issue occurred randomly for others. In most (if not all of those cases) the child involved was a teen or older. IN this case (and I feel this needs repeating) the child sim is child aged.

    My game is definitely up to date, and I don't use mods at all.  I was surprised that it happened, too, because it had never happened in my game before, and I know I've had similar situations where people were flirting in a group conversation.  It's just very, very strange.

    Can you try destroy the relationships and see if it happens again ?

    I totally had this problem just today WITH A TODDLER!!! I seriously thought it was insane! A toddler! I'm still not seeing any reason for it but still have some more to read

    Did you use a flirtatious joke in a group conversation where the toddler was part of ? That's the only know issue that's still around.

    If not, are you using any mods ?

    If you have any issues with Sims 4 please make a new topic about the issues you are having and what kind of steps you have tried to solve it.
