[FIXED] Child skill increased stupidly fast

my child just upped his creativity from 4 to 5 then within the next 10 seconds he had gone through each level to 10. I got a notification for each level. he was playing keyboard commander on the top ...

    I tested this in my save and I no longer see this issue.

    I will mark it as fixed.

Looks like this is still happening just had a child sim get to level 10 creativity while playing keyboard commander.He has the Rambunctious Scamp aspiration. No CC or mods.

I have a teen Sim that went from fishing level 2 to fishing level 5 in a single Sim afternoon. Unsure if this is related, but thought I'd throw it out there.
