[FIXED] Child skill increased stupidly fast

my child just upped his creativity from 4 to 5 then within the next 10 seconds he had gone through each level to 10. I got a notification for each level. he was playing keyboard commander on the top ...

    I tested this in my save and I no longer see this issue.

    I will mark it as fixed.
