[FIXED] Children can no longer chat on the jungle Gym

I noticed something today as a follow up on this issue.

If you have a child on the jungle gym and you are able to start a conversation with them BEFORE they get on the jungle gym and then invite them to play pirate, they will continue chatting with both children on the jungle gym

If your child stands on the ground and begins conversations with children already on the jungle gym and then joins in playing pirate, the conversations will also continue.

These are autonomous conversations once started since once both children are on the jungle gym, you are still unable to issue new chat interactions.  Any time you try to chat between two children on the jungle gym at the same time, you get the bubble over the sim's head with the foot prints and the red X.  It's like the game is seeing a pathing error between the two children even though they don't have to move to talk to each other.  This happens even when the two kids are standing next to each other at the front of the ship.

I hope this helps the developers to fix this.
