[FIXED] [CL] Bubble Blower keeps producing noise

I bought the Elation Station pre-made Bubble Blower and placed it in my apartment. After using it, I put it in the household inventory. The problem is the noise from the bubble blower keeps generati...

Same thing happens with one of the festival spaces. When running the Bubble blower is available, when the festival finishes the noise of the Bubble Blower is still present - even if you travel away and back again or restart your game. Just seems the sound effects of the Bubble Blower are always in that particular spot.
