My Sim was good friend of his daughter and his wife. After moving to an apartment I noticed that relationships were falling it very fast!
They spent two days inside the apartment and all these relationships were at a very low level.
*Only occurs with friendly relationships
*No CC/Mods (Ever)
*It only happened when I moved my Sims from a House to an apartment.
*It's a "old" save

I had never noticed a separate issue in my game. I was only losing relationship with the neighbors due to noise complaints, whether answered or unanswered. And because of the other bug my household members were also losing relationship with each other whenever a neighbor complained, but that is fixed now. I haven't noticed any other extreme relationship decay.
For me it sometimes took one day of not talking to someone and then I had to reintroduce my Sim ...
Could that possibly be related to business as usual relationship culling? I have a mod that disables relationship culling so maybe that's why I wasn't seeing that happen. Or were your Sims friends with their neighbors and they still forgot each other after a day or so?
Could be that your mod prevents it but see, if you^'re using mods
You'll need to test without mods though unless I can't take your report in here.
It seems fixed.
If you mark them as unplayed, the relationships are culled. This is a different issue than this one though
@leozabotto Are you talking about this issue or about the other where the relationship within the family would decay ?
