    Cleared out some pesky extra plants floating around the Romance Festival.

    Fixed in Patch 1.52.100

I'm seeing that in my game play as well, I usually dont go to the festival and this time I have been playing in the area and the plants are glowing in all worlds and also they are randomly placed in the festival.  Hopefully this makes sense lol
