[FIXED] [CL] Romance Guru Missing From Romance Festival

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Wait for the romance festival, then go to the festival.
What happens when the bug occurs? The romance guru will be absent from the festival.
What do you expect to see? There should be a romance guru at the romance festival.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. May 24th patch (?)
It's hard for me to pinpoint exactly which May patch caused this to happen in my game, but at the very least, I know it was one of them, so I just put the May 24th one (although there's a good chance it might have been the one before it as well). Anyways, since May, there has been no romance guru at my romance festivals.
- I'm marking this as fixed cause it worked fine for me for a while now.
