[FIXED] [CL] [S] Snow inside premade buildings

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Place an indoor mural on a wall while snow is outside or go to the Art Gallery during the winter in City Living MyShuno, while there is snow outside on the ground, and click on the indoor mural. Also read online the floor murals have the same problem.
What happens when the bug occurs? The spray with graffiti option, used for the Critic career is not available.
What do you expect to see? No message there is snow on an indoor mural while it is indoors. Sim to be able to paint on indoor mural, and spray graffiti, even if it is raining or snowing outside. The outdoor weather not to negatively affect items inside buildings.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

@fcc56 I don't know anything about murals, I only replied to a thread about snow indoors in Planet Honey Pop only, which was later merged into this thread.

I'm only mentioning stuff I have observed in my own game, after redesigning the buildings to be fully indoors, enclosed and winterproofed.

The bare ground area left by removing foundation is not counted as an actual floored room by the game, even in a "winterized" building and it erroneously covers it with snow, like the same floor surface outdoors.

Fixed an issue where Weather would affect items inside buildings.

I still have this bug
idk if patch 1.61.15.1020 bugged out the snow again or what
I do have mods in my game, but I took every single one out and snow inside buildings still occurs
for example in Planet Honey Pop if I remove a bit of a wall, the snow on the inside of the building disappears, but when I link the walls back up (creating a room again) the snow reappears

@ThatDayStreamer Is this on a fresh save ? I don't think they could fix it for existing saves.

If it's on a new one, it's best to create a new thread.

Ah.
No, it's not on a fresh save. It's on a family I've been playing for a long time, they have a few generations.

@ThatDayStreamer Could you test if you have the same issue on a fresh save, just for testing if it's back or not.

You might just need to do some re-building and it should be fine. It's usually a hole in the roof somewhere. Not sure what the original issue with that lot was. Maybe you can start a new save and save the lot of the new save to the library and plop that into your game instead of the old one.

I don't really know what they fixed but if it's something about the building, that should work.

it doesn't just happen on the Planet Honey Pop lot (for me anyway), it's happened in residential lots too, so far only on one of my old saves on the 3rd story of a house and I have no idea why
I just tested it with a fresh new save and travelled to planet honey pop to test and the snow is also there
there's no holes in the roof or gaps in walls
if I remove the roof or a bit of the wall of the building, the snow disappears but making it a functional "room" again (connecting the walls/covering the room with a roof) brings the snow back inside the building

The residential lot it happened in wasn't an EA made lot, it was one I downloaded from the gallery (screenshot of the lot is below)

I'd like to keep the thread for EA premade lots cause usually it's something about the build and EA can't fix those.
