[FIXED] [CL] [S] Unable to remove holiday decorations

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? n/a
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions, game and stuff packs.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Move a sim into an apartment with fences.
What happens when the bug occurs? There is no way to remove the holiday decorations from the apartment I have moved my sim into. Currently the apartment is decorated for love day but love day finished several days ago. I placed in the decoration box and the 'take down decorations' tab is greyed out and advises that the action is not available for apartments. I also set a holiday with no decorations to see if this would remove them but it hasn't.
What do you expect to see? I'd expect a way to be able to remove unwanted decorations ??
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

    Unfortunately not, i tried. I bulldozed the house and replaced it, but the decorations just came back. It seems like its an issue with the whole lot

    No as the decorations box says this is not allowed in apartments. It’s a very frustrating bug. If you delete exterior fences the decorations disappear with the deletion but reappear as soon as new exterior fences are built. If you bulldoze the apartment and make or download a new one the balcony fence decorations disappear but only until your sim leaves the lot or you go to manage worlds. The decorations return as soon as you return to the apartment. Now love day decorations have appeared in my karaoke bar and it’s not even a residence! I used to love Living in the city but not any more!

    This happens in the Torendi Tower Penthouse and the Laandgraab apartment with the balcony (which are the only apartments I use for active sims)

    Having this problem too.....cannot remove the decorations from the house.  If I select remove decorations, the lights are still present on the friezes and eves.  If I try to decorate just one item (frieze or eve or foundation, all the other decor disappears...then if I select remove all decorations, the default lights appear on the friezes and eves again.  If I command take down all decorations...I expect all decorations to come down.  Weird bug

    I'm having the same issue. But, it's with a Pet Cemetery I bult. I was replacing the fencing/walls on the lot and upon placing the walls down Christmas lights appeared.

    • Holiday decorations (requires The Sims 4 Seasons) that can’t be removed will no longer appear on apartment balconies.

    Fixed in Patch 1.47.49

    This was fixed for apartments .. IIRC, there has been one report for a house in here so if someone still sees this, let me know.
