@crinrict okay so I went through every lot and couldn’t find a fox or other wild animal that was dying. Saying that, I could have easily missed it cause it’s snowing heavily in game. When I was looking through all the different lots, I tried to click on a different chicken coop from a different lot and family and the Grim Reaper didn’t show up. So it’s definitely only with my current family and the lot they’re on.
- crinrict4 years agoHero+@mmmpatty I moved the animal shed to the household inventory and then back and that made the reaper disappear.
Did you place the animal shed with MOO ? I had to delete some trees to be able to place it again
I don't know if he comes back or if it works if you do that but I'll leave the testing to you.
Also you seem to have several grim reapers now. That might also be an issue.
You will probably need to install MC Command Center to make them visible and then delete. - 4 years ago@mmmpatty okay so i’ve figured out the fix (in my case anyways) for the grim reaper not leaving.
i traded my cow and realised that when i clicked ‘assign an animal’, there were 3 more cows there available for me to assign that i had bought previously. i still don’t know where they come from and if they’re just in the household inventory but i assigned a new cow from that list and realised that it was on ‘one last pet’. the grim reaper appeared again and reaped the cow. i did that to the other two cows who were also on ‘one last pet’ and the grim reaper left and hasn’t come back except for when it needs to. hopefully this helps other people that may have the same issue and can’t find a dead fox around that could be glitching it!
