[FIXED] [CoL] Foxes wrongly appear as households in household manager

I'm wondering, do the fox households increase save size? Because I don't have the hundreds of empty households mentioned in another thread, but I do have the stretched fox households (and technically a handful - just a handful - of empty households because this save was made between the updates, so the Cats & Dogs animal townies are missing) in my cottage living save file, and despite not having done much yet, the file is over 31MB, while most of my saves are only 2-4MB. Even ones I've played a long time / have a lot of played Sims in are only 7-8MB.
