[FIXED] [CoL] Growth fertilizers are not consumed and have no effect on crops

Product: The Sims 4 Platform:PC Which language are you playing the game in? English How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) What is your current game version number? 1.78.58.1030 ...

I can fertilize my crops, for the most part. The fertilizer is consumed and they get the sparkling effect to show they were fertilized. But the Hassle Free Fertilizer does NOT work correctly. It actually seems to have the opposite effect. Whenever I put that on a crop - it's covered in bugs and weeds the next day.
