Weird, I got this one to work, I gave one rose to Kim Goldbloom and the next day I gave a rose to Michael Bell at his cottage in Bramblewood (which put him in a flirty mood), then I called Kim over and engaged in a conversation with both of them, I could not click on Kim to flirt with Michael but I could click on Michael and tell him to flirt with Kim which succeded and completed the objective.
