What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except than Journey to Batuu and some kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Build residential lot, switch it to residential rental and then back to residential. Notice that from manage worlds it says its a rental and that rent is 2^32 despite saying its just a normal residential in build mode. Save it to gallery and unsuccessfully try place it on another lot (infinite loading screen and have to force quit). Exit the game and recreate a new save file where you can finally place the lot in Newcrest. Keep working on the build youve spent at least 12 hours on at this point save and go to sleep thinking all is well. Try to resume building the next day but be stuck on a blank screen trying to go into Newcrest, doesn't occur in any other world. Make a new save file but still have the same issue with Newcrest despite the lot not being in this save.
What happens when the bug occurs? Residential lot shown as rental residential, Newcrest has become completely inaccessible from any save file. If I try to go to Newcrest the screen is blank and the worlds button is greyed out, I am able to access the buttons on the top right of the screen and can go back to the main menu from there.
What do you expect to see? Being able to build without it breaking my whole game.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
Super frustrating. I've had all mods disabled since the new pack came out. Not being able to access my build is the least of my worries right now since I do have a version of it saved to the gallery, I'm devastated I've lost access to Newcrest and I'm scared to build any rental residentials now
