Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I can't open Del Sol Valley at all. I have tried to go to manage worlds and I have tried to load in with a family that lives there. Whenever I try to go to Del Sol Valley the game white screens.
What happens when the bug occurs? When the bug occurs, the screen goes white, and the game slightly freezes. For example, the game won't load, and the screen remains white, but if I push the pause button, the menu comes up, but the buttons won't react.
What do you expect to see? Loaded into Del Sol Valleyq
