First let me say that yes, I use mods and I have a very organized folder.
the problem that I am having is that my sims can't enter Chestnut ridge, even on the world map when I click on it, I get a white screen.
All the other world work and my sims are able to do what I tell them. All but Chestnut ridge is a white screen only.
(What I have done to try and correct this)
1. removed all my mods and open the game. I only have 2 saves file. one of them is for testing only, and the other is my main save file.
I couldn't do into Chestnut ridge from the testing file or my main save file.
2. I repaired the game. Still the same problem with my mods folder removed.
3. I reverted to an old save file from 7-6-2024. Still the same problem.
keep in mind that I don't have my mods folder in my game while doing this testing on both save files.
I really need help. Please and thank you
EDIT 7-12-2024 I have tried a work around that worked for me but let me explain. I saw that someone said to Uninstall the GAME and the EA APP. and somehow their game was restored
no white screen for chestnut ridge. And YEA!! I did this and it helped me out as well. I am in Chestnut ridge as I type. HOWEVER, !! for me I had to start a new save file. so, all of my builds and work that I put into the old one is gone. I'm not mad, Because I just want to enter all of my worlds that I brought. Hope this helps someone else having this problem.
