Hi!
I have this problem with my sims 4 game... I can´t open San Sequoia. When I try to go in San Sequoia there is a white loading screen, I can´t go back to the other worlds but I can get back to the main menu. I´ve redownloded the Sims 4, I repaired it many times, I put out all of my mods and cc, I closed the option to have cc and mods in my game, I deleted the cache folders and still the world doesn´t open. I´m at a loss... I created new worlds, sometimes San Sequoia works there, but the next time I open that world it doesnt or it didnt work in the beginning anyways. With the mod mccc I could play a family living in San Sequoia, but they can´t travel, if I try it loads forever or my game crashes. I´ve even downloaded this mod called better Exceptions to detect errors and when it noticed that my San Sequoia had an error it couldn´t detect a mod or cc file that would cause it. Also I tought mabye I just have too many sims and somehow this is the cause, but even after deleting some it didn´t get better..
So how did it come to this? I played normally my game and I was building something in San Sequoia (a house I´ve downloded from the gallery) and suddenly my game crashed and after that San Sequoia didn´t work anymore.
Can anybody help? I dont know what I can do anymore and I´m really frustrated since this is the game file I´ve worked on many years..

Hi everyone!
I found a solution and it seems like San Sequoia is working again!!
So all I did was figure out that a rental apartment building I downloaded from the gallery was the problem. I removed for rent from my game, then I removed this building and changed it to a residental property. After that I only redownloaded for rent again and right now everything seems to be normal.
So thanks for all the tips and mabye this can help you too!!
