[FIXED] Cursor gets stuck on Camera icon in CAS

I've had the sims 4 since december 19 2014.  Before that i played the demo and this glitch still occurred. i have a windows 7 gateway computer. I play in laptop mode and windowed mode. this only happens to me in cas. i can only be in cas for approxiamatey for 20 minutes until this glitch happens.

• Download a family from the gallery and use the cas.fulleditmode cheat to change
• Click and press Enter at the same time.
• Reinstall mouse drivers (if using a mouse)
• Click on the very corner of the touchpad

While stuck it that mode it's still possible to click on the body of the sim to open the clothing panel, what to do is click and open the panel and bring the mouse back onto the Sim , click and hold the left click down and quickly press the Windows button. Go back onto your desktop and hold down left click on an empty part of your screen and press the Windows button once more to go back into the game. Let go of the click then try to click freely. To help find out what is causing this issue, could you please answer the following questions: 

• Do you have a laptop or a desktop computer ?
• What operating system do you have (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, Mac)
• Are you using a mouse or the touchpad or some other input device  (please specify exactly, ex: Razor Mouse, Microsoft Mouse, ..)
• Are you running laptop mode ?
• Does it only happen in CAS or have you seen it in Live/Buy/Build mode as well ?
• Did you play the CAS Demo and if so, did you have the same issue ?
• Please try to describe the steps that cause the issue for you. I know this might be difficult but the more info the better.
• Please include your DxDiag but make sure to either post them at pastebin.com (or hastebin.com) and just post the link here or to include spoiler tags.
• Anything else you think might be important ?

my cousin has this game on windows 8 and this never happens to her. please help because im tired of this.
