[FIXED] Curved Fences Don't Cast Shadows

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.105.345.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All up to Crystal Creations
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Place down a curved foundation with a fence
What happens when the bug occurs? You won't see a shadow cast by the curved piece of the fence
What do you expect to see? I expect to see proper shadows on curved fences
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. This issue seems to have started after curved walls were introduced, as I'm able to find images on Google from older versions of the game before High School Years by other simmers with curved fences having shadows.

Attached are two screenshots. The desert screenshot is from 2015 with shadows being cast on curved fences and the other with green terrain is taken in 1.105.345.1020 version of the game, which shows no shadows being cast from curved fences
