[FIXED] [DHD] Blue Square on Clients Wants & Wishes

After getting the three to four likes and/or dislikes from clients, in build mode in the top left info panel about the job, there is only one circle and it has a blue square in it.

Could you edit your post or reply to this thread to fill out a bug report template? Also, does it seem similar at all to the issues in this thread?

Hi! I'm SimmerStar4 (they/them). I'm not an expert on game issues, so don't take me as one! I'm just a Sims player who wants to try and help fellow players, and who finds game bugs and issues interesting.

have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and repairing game but nothing will get the gig tasks in build mode panel to work so i cannot see what their preferences are in build mode

Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.

I don’t have any mods! It is a new save without any mods or cc

Operating on Window PC. Updated on 24.7.24. Game version: 1.108.318.1020 DX 9. Packs owned: Get Together, Get To Work, Seasons, Cats and Dogs, Cottage Living, Horse Ranch, Island Living, Outdoor Retreat, Dine Out, Parenthood, Jungle Adventure, Realm of Magic, Dream Home Decorator, Cool Kitchen, Movie Hangout, Romantic Garden, Backyard, Vintage Glamour, Toddler, Laundry Day, My First Pet, Moschino, Tiny Living, Nifty Knitting, Country Kitchen, Blooming Rooms, Decor to the Max, Everyday Clutter, Castle Estate, Cozy Bistro. Custom Content - mainly walls, floors and objects. Some bug fixes from way back, some custom items ie Plasticbox's pottery, custom Cottage Living animals, Nanuke's balalaika, Ravasheen's compost, Jane Simsten's spinning wheel.

Upon installing the latest update, I loaded a save I use for bug testing. The sim is in the Dream Home Decorator career. The first gig he had he went to alone, not giving me the option to join him. In all subsequent gigs, after asking clients their preferences and going into build mode, the tab showing the gig and preference details all show that the only preference they have is for the colour blue. This does not reflect what their real preferences are. It has happened for 3 gigs now, for the Goths, the Greenburgs and the Spencer-Kim-Lewis family. I link to pictures of the latter two. Cassandra Goth actually did want a blue room but all other preferences the family had were not shown in build mode.

The before and after slideshow photos are also blurry, which I don't remember experiencing before, however that may be due to my sim's low photography skill?

For the third time now, I don’t have any mods or cc. So that can not be the problem 🤷‍♀️

Did you delete localthumbcache.package and test a new save?

I already update the game with the latest patch and the game still not fix this glitch

Yes, 4 times now. It is the same regardless 😢
