Sims will no longer be stuck on client's lots after completing a home decorator gig.

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them except: Werewolves, Journey to Batuu (Star Wars), High school years and My first pet stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Join the Interior decorator career and go to any gig. Complete all of the tasks. Show the client(s) the changes that were made.
What happens when the bug occurs? After completing all of the tasks in the career section of the interior decorator and showing clients the changes, my sim never gets paid nor do they travel back home. They just stay on the lot where their gig was happening and do nothing.
What do you expect to see? I expect my sim to get paid and automatically travel back home after completing the showing of changes in their house.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I just recently made my sim an interior decorator but she can never finish a gig. The payment doesn't come through nor does she travel home after completing her tasks. I always have to manually travel home through the phone but that way she doesn't get paid. Am I supposed to stay at the lot until the end of the gig?
Tagging on to give a year-old "Me, too". Added frustration when the interior designer receives negative reviews and moodlets in addition to not getting paid.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Take on an Interior Decorator gig, complete all gig tasks
What happens when the bug occurs? Cannot complete/end an interior decorator gig, even if all gig tasks and reveal are complete. My Sim ends up stuck on the gig's lot if I try to switch to another Sim with a flashing exclamation point above their icon's head. The only way to get them to leave the gig lot is to 'cancel' the gig (even after completing it) which results in no pay and lost reputation. Essentially this career is unplayable.
What do you expect to see? Gig ends, Sim gets rank on job and a notification appears with comments from the client and gig pay. Sim can leave gig lot.
