Sims will no longer be stuck on client's lots after completing a home decorator gig.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Accept a renovation gig, complete all the steps and reveal to the family.
What happens when the bug occurs? My sim cannot leave the property and go home unless someone else invites him into his own home, or I close the sims and restart the game. The gig in the job view never disappears unless I cancel the gig.
What do you expect to see? My sim should be able to leave the client's property either once the gig is finished or at 9 pm (I've never had a gig where it's worked properly before so I'm guessing). The gig should also disappear from the job window like it would for other freelance jobs.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
I make the money from the gig, but my reputation and performance never change because I have to cancel the gig if I want it to disappear. I also have screenshots but they're too large to add.
