Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1: have pie in inventory. I used several kinds, from the cooking menu, baking menu, savory and sweet, baked by my sim and not baked by my sim. 2: travel to Gnomes Arms Pub location in Henford-on-Bagley world when pie competition is active. 3: select empty pie podium and select "Sumbit Entry"
What happens when the bug occurs? When I select "Submit Entry" on a pie podium (all other podiums work for me, just pies are affected), my sim will approach the podium, pause and the action to submit entry is removed from their queue without selecting a pie from their inventory. This is different if an NPC is already preparing to use the empty podium, where my only option when selecting the "empty" podium is "View Competition Entry", so I know it is not because an NPC has already claimed the podium.
What do you expect to see? When selecting "submit entry" on the empty pie podium, I expect my sim to approach the podium and a pop up window to prompt me to select a pie from my inventory, where it will be taken from my inventory, appear on the podium and be judged in the competition
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I am trying to complete the fair ribbons collection, this is not possible without being able to enter pies during pie competitions.
